Nearly finished the steelwork for the base of the body, note the cutouts to allow extra space that the tatra axle articulation needs.

It's started, The body
This is just the start of the body structure, the base is made from 80mm x 80mm steel box section, on this will be a frame of 40mm x 40mm steel box section.
The outside of this will be clad with 3mm fiberglass then 40mm of insulation in the cavity and a 12mm plywood inner wall, that will then be covered with a finishing board.
The floor will have 80mm of insulation and be 18mm of recycled plastic sheet, it's a bit like chipboard but made of plastic chips, so it is totally waterproof and rot proof.
