More Body Work

This time a nice simple operation, trimming the outer skin to the frame and cutting out the window holes.
Now the actual size can be seen a bit better.

Body Insulation

The plan here is to use 40mm "kingspan" type insulation, for the walls and 80mm for the floor. this is fitted into the cavities between the steel work.

Any small gaps will be filled with expanding foam and then all the edges will be taped with foil tape.

The internal walls will be 12mm birch plywood to make it easy to fix to and to give a total wall thickness of 56mm.
