Second Spare Wheel Mount

After all the fiberglass cutting, I needed a bit of a break from it, So I moved back to a bit of welding and grinding.

This is the start of the second spare wheel mounting system, its just a carbon copy of the first one.

I have now worked out the way to attach the wheel to the brackets as well.

Side Two Finished

Ok, well that's the second side finished, yesterday I managed to trim all the edges and cut the window holes, not much fun but it had to be done. Internal insulation next then on to the rear wall.

The Next Side.

I haven't posted in a while, but work has still been going on.

Today marks the end of the work on the second side, Passenger side.  It's a long-winded process on your own, I can only glue and clamp 1.5mts at a time, so it takes a week to do one side.

I also got the door hole cut out, It makes it easier than climbing in and out through the back.
